Plyto

An exceptionally balanced and self-reliant variety, characterised by medium acidity and a fine fruity bouquet. Difficult to cultivate, it requires the winegrower to “stay out all night” on his vineyard. Medium sized grapes, almost round, on a large and firm bunch.
