Liatiko
Like all red varieties with a thin skin, Liatiko is particularly demanding during cultivation and sensitive to weather conditions. However, when yield per km2 is kept low and the grapes ripen as they should at the end of July (that is where the grape gets its name from, i.e. Julian), Liatiko makes up for all the trouble it might have caused with its fine, soft character and unique dried fruit, herb and floral bouquet.
